Retail Store Associate

We are looking for a retail store associate to join our team.  Retail associates provide outstanding service in the store, conduct transactions accurately and ship online orders. While maintaining a clean and orderly store.
Retail Store Associate Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.

• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions.

• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.

• Superior product knowledge.

• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

• Pulling and packaging online orders.

• Achieving sales targets and metrics through effective customer engagement and interaction.

• Assisting in store merchandising to create and maintain inspiring displays.

Retail Store Associate Requirements:

• Previous retail and customer service experience.

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to complete transactions accurately.

• Enjoys working with people and working as a team.

• Ability to work evenings (until 8:30) Saturdays, and Holidays when needed.
